我们买到的桃胶是干货，需要用水泡发。泡发后的桃胶可以涨大15倍左右，所以一次的用量不多，大概10-15克，桃胶本身无味，口感似果冻般爽滑。做法很多，可以炒、炖、凉拌，可荤可素，但是顺理成章的做法，还是把桃胶做成甜品。而且因为它的美容功效，与银耳、木瓜、雪梨等搭配尤为合适。
推荐食谱：
木瓜炖桃胶：炖好的桃胶口感润滑；木瓜香甜软糯。
桃胶枸杞雪梨水：桃胶、枸杞、雪梨炖1个小时。
泡发好的桃胶洗净，加入白糖、红萝卜、黄瓜办好，放入冰箱冷藏半小时后食用，是夏日解暑佳品。
