Introduction :
The Manuka tree is only found in New Zealand. In the late Spring and early Summer it is covered in masses of flowers. Bees visit these flowers and collect the nectar to produce Manuka Honey.
Our Manuka honey is sourced from the temperate and wild West Coast and is sought-after for its rich, dark and intense characteristics. It has complex caramel and toffee flavours as well as hints of coffee, coconut and hazelnut.
No preservatives, artificial colours, flavours or sweeteners.
